Background
My core responsibilities as a graphic designer included creating 18 to 20 posts daily, testing new product and tooling rollouts, and voicing that feedback to leadership and the product team.
Additionally, I led team workshops and spearheaded an initiative called the Design Trends Quarterly.
From retail to real estate, I worked with a wide range of brick-and-mortar and eCommerce businesses. I designed graphics, wrote copy for captions, and scheduled posts to publish on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Feeling inspired is an important part of creating your best designs, so I created the Design Trends Quarterly to make the process easier for my team. I would research new trends, create adaptable templates, update the Confluence page, and send out emails every quarter. Over the course of two years, the team had a total of five designers — I was responsible for driving the project and delegating responsibilites.
